Private vaults are a big part of what we do. Our three underground storage facilities in Kansas, Kentucky and Missouri offer completely customized private vaults and rooms to meet your exacting specifications.
Whether you need a 15,000 sq ft room with work stations, or a 100 sq ft room with a bank vault door, we can accommodate.
Also called private rooms, these are completely customized vaults within any of our three underground facilities.
They offer complete control over any detail logistically possible. You can choose wall construction including concrete block, steel, or chain link. Racking or drawer styles are your decision. You can incorporate work areas and equipment. You can specify climate control equipment for temperature, dehumidifacation, and HEPA filtration. You can choose the door style, including two hour or four hour rated steel doors, bank vault doors, or simply a wood door. You can specify video monitoring, temperature and humidity monitoring, key code security, infrared monitoring and more.
You can choose to wall off one of our 15,000 sq ft bays, or just a 576 sq ft area – the choice is yours.
Maximum Protection Vaults
Maximum Protection vaults are constructed of concrete block walls within the rock walls of an underground facility. A locking steel door provides additional security and confidentiality for client deposits. These facilities provide a two hour fire rating, but can be customized with a four hour rating. Each vault is dehumidified.
Maximum Protection Vaults are equipped with steel shelving. Shelving can be adjusted to accommodate client needs, or additional equipment can be provided at nominal cost.
The UV&S Micro Vault is similar to a Maximum Protection Vault, except that it contains multiple chain link units that can be leased by different clients. This offers the same fire rating, dehumidification and steel door separation from the rest of the facility. However, your materials will be near the materials of a small number of other clients.
