Microfilm
Storage
It is relatively rare to find microfilmed insurance records
in ideal storage conditions. The effects of redox, vinegar
syndrome and mold are more common than most realize. Our
climate-controlled microfilm
vaults
are specially designed for acetate, polyester, silver and
diazo-based microfilms. We also have two specialized preservation
vaults: One limited to brown toned microfilm, the other
limited to silver microfilm. We offer scanning and transmission
services, and can coordinate more specialized duplication,
restoration and imaging services. |

Storage
With the rise of electronic insurance records comes the increased
need for secure data storage. Actuarial data, client records, portfolio
data and personnel files cannot be left to disaster or theft.
We offer economical tape vaulting services for life, health, pension,
property and casualty insurance clients. We also offer this service
to brokerage and actuarial consulting firms. Our bonded courier driver
will pick up your tapes, enter them into our system, place it within
one of our climate-controlled media vaults, and
rotate your data according to your retention cycling schedule.
Whether you rotate one data tape or 10,000 a day, our service can
meet your needs.
For long term archiving of data, our media vaults are the perfect
home. Vaults include dry fire suppression, web-accessible
temperature and humidity monitoring, fire rated walls and doors, cartridge
